Greg has been involved with the small business area since joining the ATO in 2002. He has performed roles in the small business call centre, small business legals, compliance, user testing, marketing and communications areas and has been involved in small business education for around ten years now. Greg’s style is very casual and conversational where he encourages audience participation which adds that extra “real life” personalised touch to the educational services he provides.

John has a varied experience with the ATO including dealing with small businesses and individuals, & call centre, audit, processing, project and tax agent liaison work. He has also worked for other government organisations. John is interested in enhancing small business’s taxation knowledge & providing assistance where possible.

Steven enjoys and is committed to supporting small businesses and helping them succeed by delivering tax seminars and workshops which meet their needs, and pointing out services and tools that allow them to access the right information at the right time.
