Veronica has an accounting degree and  has attained Certificate IV in Group Based training, which she continually  utilises in her various roles within the ATO since 2002,  as an auditor, risk and strategy analyst and job ready trainer prior to becoming a Community Support and Education Officer.

Steve has a background in teaching, communications and customer service, and was the Senior Technical Advisor for the Australian Taxation Office’s Contact Centre in Adelaide before joining the ATO’s ‘Small Business Community Education & Support’ team in 2016.
